Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Kairo OS (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Acceptable Use

The Service provides cloud-based virtual environments. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the Service in any way that could damage the Service, our services, or the general business of Kairo OS.

We strictly prohibit:

  • Hosting or distributing malicious software (malware, ransomware, etc.)
  • Executing denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or network scanning
  • Cryptocurrency mining (unless on Bring-Your-Own-Compute instances)
  • Hosting illegal content or copyright-infringing materials

3. Bring Your Own Compute (BYOC)

When utilizing the BYOC feature to connect your AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean accounts, you are solely responsible for all billing and usage charges incurred on those third-party platforms. Kairo OS simply acts as an orchestration and GUI layer. We hold no liability for misconfigured infrastructure costs.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Kairo OS and its licensors. Any software or IP you develop inside a Kairo instance remains 100% yours.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Kairo OS, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
